Top Canada Exhibit Company Opens Shop in Ogden

After more than two decades in the trade show exhibition industry, PW MacKenzie Exhibit is setting new stakes in the United States.

By summer’s end, the Vancouver, British Columbia-based company will open a U.S. Headquarters in Ogden, Utah.  It’s a move that is in queue with clients Salomon, Suunto, and Atomic; all part of Amer Sports Corporation, which also recently moved its winter and outdoor offices to Ogden.

PW MacKenzie Exhibit designs, builds and manages exhibits at more than 30 trade shows a year, for top-name clients including Marmot, Icebreaker, G3, ExOfficio, Marker USA, Volkl, and Arc’teryx. The company’s expansion is meant to broaden service to global clients who participate in trade shows in the United States.

With a largely outdoor and sports related client base, PW MacKenzie Exhibit’s growth has been encouraged and commended by Ogden Mayor Matthew Godfrey who says Ogden is defining itself as “the hub for the high adventure recreation business and the organizations that support it.”

PW MacKenzie Exhibit’s U.S. Headquarters will be an extension of the well-established Canadian operation with the intent to provide more operational efficiencies and client support.  The company anticipates continued growth with Canadian and U.S. based exhibitors on the heels of the expansion to Ogden.

PW MacKenzie Exhibit is a small, family-owned business.  President and CEO Rick MacKenzie has more than 35 years of experience in the trade show industry.  Key staff members have more than 50 years combined experience.  MacKenzie will remain in the Canadian Headquarters with key employees Sandy Campbell, Justin Simpson, and Todd Atkinson.  MacKenzie’s son Jared MacKenzie and son-in-law Jason Wesley will move their families to Ogden to manage the U.S. Headquarters.
