Administrator – Memberships & Marketing
Provide day-to-day administration of the resort’s membership and marketing programs, as well as administrative support to the organization’s Managing Partner and, to a much lesser extent, the CFO. Responsible for operating within budgetary guidelines, while exceeding our hospitality and service standards for all aspects of guest service.
Successful candidates will meet the following minimum requirements:
- 7+ years experience in administrative positions with a track record showing progressive responsibility & exemplary performance; prior experience in a private club or resort setting preferred
- Experience with contracts administration or paralegal skills preferred; the ability to read and understand legal terminology a must
- Bachelor's degree preferred with a focus on hospitality management, business or related field
- Excellent communication, leadership and time management skills skills, including strong letter and memo writing skills

Restaurant Manager
As restaurant manager you will assume leadership of all front of house operations including table service, bar service (and appropriate controls), and banquet services. You will be responsible for management of all front of house Food & Beverage operations to ensure profitability within budgetary guidelines while exceeding our hospitality and service standards for all aspects of food service. In this position, you will have direct supervision of front of house supervisory team members for all outlets including Restaurants Golf Snack Bar and “cart service” , Banquets, Events/Catering and any future projects.
Successful candidates will meet the following minimum requirements:
- 3-5 years management experience with a track record showing progressive, specific responsibility for Restaurants, Banqueting, Quick Serve or Events
- A proven track record in club operations.
- Hotel/ Hospitality education, or equivalent experience, preferred with a focus on hospitality or restaurant management, business or related field
- Excellent training, communication, leadership and time management skills and an entrepreneurial focus.

- Entry Level Cook
- $8-10/hr
- Afternoon shift 2-10 PM
- Must have good attitude and want to learn
- Will make fried foods, salads, desserts
- Do prep to assist chef and clean up
- Be part of a winning team!!

- Line Cook
- $10-13/hr, depending on experience
- Tuesday – Saturday, 2-10 PM
- Must have good attitude
- Well balanced knowledge of fine dining cuisine
- Good knife skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Must provide your own knives

PART-TIME BANQUET SERVERS:
Must be able to provide professional and
courteous service, communicate effectively in a friendly manner. Be able to lift and carry 30 lbs.
Will be responsible to assist in preparing tables with proper set up,
serving, clearing dishes, and cleaning.
Experience preferred but not required.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
